1. Sale of Goods:
Everything will be sold absolute, without the privilege of return, "as is", "where is".
2. Condition of
Goods:
Maurer's Auctions has endeavored to accurately describe all items being
sold in our catalogs. We have always discouraged absentee bidding. Nobody can substitute their eyes for yours. No
statement in this document, bill of sale, invoice, or elsewhere by any
representative of, or person in the employ of Maurer's Auctions shall
be deemed to be a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability
with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance, or
historical relevance of any of these items.
3. Title of Goods:
Title to all merchandise shall pass to the successful bidder at the call
of "SOLD" by the Auctioneer.
4. Disputes:
The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to who is the successful
bidder. In the event of any dispute the Auctioneer shall at his or her
discretion decide to reopen the bidding..
5. Payment terms:
All accounts are to be settled by the end of sale. Payments may be made by cash, traveler's check, or personal check, Visa or MasterCard.

Personal Checks: Personal checks will be accep
if you
are known to us, or if you are a member of TCA. Those not known to us
must obtain Prior Approval in order to settle accounts by personal check
or business check. In any event Maurer's Auctions reserves the right
to hold all merchandise paid for by check until such check clears.

Bank Letters:
Approval will be gran on the basis of personal reference from
those known to us or upon a "Letter of Guarantee" from an
officer of your bank. This Letter should state an amount of funds
guaranteed and should be presen prior to sale time.

Charge cards:
We will also accept VISA/MASTERCARD. Successful Internet Bidders will be
charged day of sale, plus 12% buyer's premium.
6. Sales Tax:
Some auctions are subject to Pennsylvania Sales Tax. To qualify for
exemption, you must have a photocopy of your reseller's tax exemption
certificate on file with us.
7. Buyer's Premium:
All items sold using our internet bidding process are subject to a 12%
buyer's premium which will be added to the successful bid price and will
be payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price. We offer a 2%
discount for cash or good check day of sale.
8. Removal of Goods:
All merchandise sold must be removed from the premises immediately after
sale concludes, unless other arrangements have been made in advance

10. Notification of
Successful Internet Bids:
The following information will be sent to you by email if your bids were
successful.
1. Sale date: date of auction in which you have submit
successful bids.
2. Lot# - same as catalog number.
3. Amount - Successful bid amount plus the buyer's premium and PA sales
tax if applicable.
4. Remit to address.
11. Shipping, Packing/Crating, and
Handling:
Everything will be sold absolute, without privilege of return, as is, where is. We have always discouraged absentee bidding. Nobody can substitute their eyes for yours. Further, we do not ship. Should you require shipping, the items will be taken to a commercial shipper for crating or packing. You will work with them to secure your purchase. The costs are high, and the risks are great. We believe that you should attend in person. If you do buy through the absentee bidding process, we will hold your purchase for 30 days, hoping that you can pick-up at our location.
12. Agreement to

By using the Internet Absentee Bid Form with your Authorized Account
Code to bid on any lot here offered, your email Address will
indicate that you have read and accep our Terms of Sale.
